Final Director’s Interest Notice

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.19A.3, I attach Appendix 3Z, Final Director's Interest Notice, for Mr Michael J. Hoy.

The Board changes set out in the announcement of 10 April 2026 have now taken effect, with the retirement of Mr Hoy as Director of Biotron Limited (Biotron) effective as of 15 May 2026.

Mr Hoy has been a Director since 7 February 2000. The Board of Biotron would like to thank Mr Hoy for his valuable contribution to the Company during his time as Chairman.

Dr Paul Kasian, who until today held the office of Non Executive Director, has assumed the position of Chairman of Biotron.

This announcement has been approved by the Board of Biotron Limited.
