Completion of acquisition of Sedarex Limited
Biotron Limited (ASX:BIT) ( Biotron or the Company ) is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of 100% of Sedarex Limited, which was approved by Biotron shareholders on 17 November 2025.
Accompanying this announcement are Appendix 2As for 500 million consideration shares and 33,333,333 facilitation shares and an Appendix 3G for 500,000 performance shares. Certain consideration shares are subject to voluntary escrow, as follows:
