New Issue Cleansing Notice

The Directors of Biotron Limited (‘Biotron’ or ‘the Company) are pleased to advise that, the Company has issued 140,386,543 ordinary shares under the rights issue offer and 59,613,457 ordinary shares under the placement at an issue price of $0.03 per share raising $6,000,000 before costs. The Company also issued 70,193,272 options under the rights issue offer and 29,806,846 options under the placement. The Company also issued 12,000,000 options to the Lead Manager. The Placement shares and Options were issued within the Company’s placement capacity pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 7.1

Notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001

The Company gives this Notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (‘Corporations Act’) that:

• (a) The shares were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth);

• (b) as at the date of this notice, the Company confirms it has complied with:

  • (i) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act, as they apply to the Company; and

  • (ii) section 674 of the Corporations Act as they applied to the Company.

• (c) as at the date of this notice, there is no ‘excluded information’ within the meaning of sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act.
