ALLOTMENT AND DISTRIBUTION OF NEW OPTIONS

In January 2010 Biotron Limited (the ‘Company’) has completed the allotment and issue of 114,537,315 New Options under the Company’s Entitlement Issue Offer Document dated 10 December 2009.

I advise the following:

1. The allotment of 114,537,315 New Options was completed on 22 January 2010 and the Options have been allocated into the corresponding register.

2. As required by the Appendix 3B released by the Company on 10 December 2009 the Company includes the top 20 security holders and distribution schedule of this New Options as at 22 January 2010.
