The Directors regret to advise that Dr. Michael Hirshorn passed away.this morning after a serious illness.
The Directors wish to express their most sincere heartfelt condolences to Michael Hirshorn's family and friends.
Michael Hirshorn had extensive experience in founding, building, managing and investing in technology companies.
Michael Hirshorn has made an invaluable contribution to the Company over the past 11 years he spent as a Director. His detailed knowledge and practical understanding of commercial development of Australian technologies helped guide the development of the Company's programs.
He will be greatly missed by the Board and staff of Biotron Limited.
