Biotron 2025 AGM – Notification Dates
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 Biotron Limited (ASX:BIT) (Biotron or the Company) advises that the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Monday 17 November 2025.
Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the AGM in the Notice of Meeting which will be announced in due course.
The closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Monday 6 October 2025 5.00 pm at the Company’s Registered Office.
