Report Content Notification of exceeding the 10% threshold of total voting rights atthe Company

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (the "Company") informs that on 21 April 2026 the Companyreceived from Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo EmerytalneS.A. acting on behalf of Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty FunduszEmerytalny ("NN OFE"), Nationale-Nederlanden Dobrowolny FunduszEmerytalny and Nationale-Nederlanden Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny NaszeJutro 2030, 2035, 2040, 2045, 2050, 2055, 2060, 2065 (together "NNDFE"), a notification that NN OFE exceeded the threshold of 10% of thetotal number of votes in the Company (the "Notification").

According to the Notification, the 10% threshold of total voting rightsat the Company was exceeded following transaction on Company shares on14 April 2026 (the "Transaction").

According to the Notification:

- prior to the Transaction, NN OFE held 327,892 Company shares,representing 9.93298% of the Company's share capital, and 327,892 votingrights at the General Meeting of the Company, representing 9.93298% oftotal voting rights;

- following the Transaction, NN OFE held 332,148 Company shares,representing 10.06191% of the Company's share capital, and 332,148voting rights at the General Meeting of the Company, representing10.06191% of total voting rights.

Concurrently, as the current holding of NN OFE together with NN DFE, theNotification indicated the number of 375,969 shares in the Company,representing 11.3894% of the Company's share capital, and 375,969 votingrights at the General Meeting of the Company, representing 11.3894% ofthe total voting rights.
