Report Content Notification of exceeding the 5% threshold of total voting rights at theCompany

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (the "Company") informsthat on 1 July 2025 theCompany received from Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU S.A. actingon behalf of Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU "Złota Jesień" ("PZU OFE")and Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny PZU ("DFE PZU"), a notification thatPZU OFE exceeded the threshold of 5% of the total number of votes in theCompany (the "Notification").

According to the Notification, the 5% threshold of total voting rightsat the Company was exceeded following transaction on Company shares on26 June 2025 (the "Transaction").

According to the Notification:

- prior to the Transaction, PZU OFE held 162,956 Company shares,representing 4.975% of the Company's share capital, and 162,956 votingrights at the General Meeting of the Company, representing 4.975% oftotal voting rights;

- following the Transaction, PZU OFE held 163,806 Company shares,representing 5.001% of the Company's share capital, and 163,806 votingrights at the General Meeting of the Company, representing 5.001% oftotal voting rights.

Concurrently, as the current holding of PZU OFE together with DFE PZU,the Notification indicated the number of 169,349 shares in the Company,representing 5.17% of the Company's share capital, and 169,349 votingrights at the General Meeting of the Company, representing 5.17% of thetotal voting rights.
