Report Content Notification of exceeding the 5% threshold of total voting rights at theCompanyThe Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A.with its registered seat in Warsaw (the "Company") informs that on 18June 2025 the Company become aware about receiving from Norges Bank withits registered seat in Oslo, Norway ("Norges Bank"), a notification thatNorges Bank exceeded the threshold of 5% of the total number of votes inthe Company (the "Notification").

According to the Notification, the 5% threshold of total voting rightsat the Company was exceeded following the acquisition of Company shareson 16 June 2025 (the "Transaction").

According to the Notification:

- prior to the Transaction, Norges Bank held directly 163,182 Companyshares, representing 4.98% of the Company's share capital, and 163,182voting rights at the General Meeting of the Company, representing 4.98%of total voting rights;

- following the Transaction, Norges Bank holds directly 164,670 Companyshares, representing 5.03% of the Company's share capital, and 164,670voting rights at the General Meeting of the Company, representing 5.03%of total voting rights.
