Report Content Decision on amendment to the Company's Articles of Association

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (the "Company") hereby announces that the Company received courtdecision issued by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw inWarsaw regarding the registration of the amendment into the Articles ofAssociation of the Company (the "Registration") on basis of theResolutions No. 4/21.07.2025 and No. 5/21.07.2025 of the ExtraordinaryGeneral Meeting of the Company adopted on 21 July 2025.

The Management Board of the Company informed about the adoption of theabove mentioned resolutions in current report No. 68/2025 of 21 July2025. The consolidated text of the Articles of Association of theCompany adopted by the Supervisory Board of the Company on 16 January2026, incorporating the above amendments, is attached hereto.

Following the Registration, §20 Sec. 1 of the Articles of Association ofthe Company with the following wording:

"The Supervisory Board shall be composed of six (6) members who shall beappointed and recalled by the General Meeting."

was amended by adding new, following wording:

"The Supervisory Board shall be composed of five (5) to seven (7)members who shall be appointed and recalled by the General Meeting."

and §20 Sec. 3 of the Articles of Association of the Company with thefollowing wording

"Members of the Supervisory Board shall be appointed for a joint term ofoffice of five (5) years. The term of office of the Supervisory Boardshall coincide with the full financial years."

was amended by adding new, following wording:

"Members of the Supervisory Board shall be appointed for a joint term ofoffice of five (5) years. Following the expiry of the term of office,which started on 29 June 2023, the Supervisory Board members shall beappointed for a joint term of office of 4 (four) years. The term ofoffice of the Supervisory Board shall coincide with the full financialyears."

The Registration was issued by the District Court for the Capital Cityof Warsaw in Warsaw on 4 August 2025.
