The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby announces that on 27 March2026 it received two notices pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MARRegulation from:

1) Mr. Marcin Fojudzki, Member of the Management Board of the Company,about executing a donation in form of 1,650 shares in the Company on 26March 2026;

2) HuBruNi Fundacja Rodzinna w organizacji, an entity closely related toMr. Marcin Fojudzki - Member of the Management Board of the Company,about accepting a donation in form of 1,650 shares in the Company on 26March 2026.
