Report Content Notification of transactions on Company shares received under Art. 19 ofMARThe Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with itsregistered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby announcesthat on 2 June 2025 they become aware about receiving a notice pursuantto Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MAR Regulation from Ms Emilia Rogalewicz,Management Board Member of the Company about a sale of 1,500 shares inthe Company at PLN 3,420 per share on 28 May 2025.
