The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (hereinafter, the 'Company') hereby announces that on 17 December2025 they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MARRegulation from Mr. Marcin Fojudzki - Member of the Management Board ofthe Company, about taking up on 17 December 2025, outside of tradingsystem, a total of 1,650 series G ordinary bearer shares of the Company,at a price of PLN 617.01 per share, as a result of exercising the rightsfrom subscription warrants vested as part of the Incentive Plan.
