The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (hereinafter, the 'Company') hereby announces that on 16 December2025 they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MARRegulation from Mr. Marek Trepko - Member of the Management Board of theCompany, about taking up on 15 December 2025, outside of trading system,a total of 200 series G ordinary bearer shares of the Company, at aprice of PLN 617.01 per share, as a result of exercising the rights fromsubscription warrants vested as part of the Incentive Plan.
