The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (hereinafter, the _quot;Company_quot;) hereby announces that on 6 December2024 they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MARRegulation from Ms Emilia Rogalewicz, Management Board Member of theCompany about a sale of 1200 shares in the Company at PLN 2700 per shareon 5 December 2024.
