Notification of transactions on Company shares received under Art. 19 ofMAR

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby announces that on 2 June 2021they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MARRegulation from Mr. Wojciech Szwarc - Member of the Management Board ofthe Company, about selling on 31 May 2021 a total of 20 shares of theCompany, at a price of PLN 975.00 per share.
