Jacek Osowski – nota biograficzna krótka

Jacek Osowski jest doradcą inwestycyjnym oraz biegłym rewidentem posiadającym bogate doświadczenie w zakresie budowania strategii inwestycyjnych i prowadzenia transakcji kapitałowych. Od kilkunastu lat jest aktywnym członkiem rad nadzorczych spółek publicznych i niepublicznych.

Obecnie Pan Jacek Osowski jest przewodniczącym Rad Nadzorczych Develia S.A. oraz Ferro S.A., a także członkiem w Mangata Holding S.A. oraz Selvita S.A.

Doświadczenie z zakresu zarządzania zdobywał pracując w licznych podmiotach z branży finansowej, w tym jako doradca inwestycyjny w Millennium DM S.A. (2001-2003), analityk w TP Invest S.A. (2003-2004) oraz jako zastępca dyrektora, kierownik i doradca inwestycyjny w PZU AM S.A./PZU Życie S.A. (2004-2007). W latach 2007-2008 pełnił funkcję Wiceprezesa Zarządu IPOPEMA TFI S.A., następnie pracował jako zastępca dyrektora Biura Skarbnika w PZU S.A./PZU Życie S.A., a w latach 2009-2011 pełnił funkcję wiceprezesa zarządu, CIO, dyrektora w PZU AM S.A. Od 2011 r. do 2016 r. współpracował z Grupą TDJ w tym zasiadał w zarządzie Famur S.A. i radach nadzorczych licznych spółek. Prowadził też działalność w zakresie strategii, organizacji i wyceny, w tym zasiadając w zarządach własnych spółek.

Jacek Osowski jest absolwentem Szkoły Głównej Handlowej (finanse i bankowość). W 2006 uzyskał tytuł MBA na UW i University of Illinois. Ponadto posiada licencję doradcy inwestycyjnego, certyfikat CFA oraz jest wpisany na listę Biegłych Rewidentów.

Jacek Osowski – short biographical note

Jacek Osowski is a licensed investment advisor and a certified auditor with extensive experience in developing investment strategies and executing capital market transactions. For over a dozen years, he has been an active member of supervisory boards of both public and private companies.

Currently, Mr. Jacek Osowski serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Boards of Develia S.A. and Ferro S.A., and as a Supervisory Board Member at Mangata Holding S.A. and Selvita S.A.

He gained management experience working in numerous financial institutions, including as an investment advisor at Millennium DM S.A. (2001-2003), an analyst at TP Invest S.A. (2003-2004), and as Deputy Director, Manager, and Investment Advisor at PZU AM S.A. / PZU Życie S.A. (2004-2007). In 2007-2008, he served as Vice President of the Management Board of IPOPEMA TFI S.A. He then worked as Deputy Director of the Treasury Office at PZU S.A. / PZU Życie S.A., and from 2009 to 2011 held the positions of Vice President of the Management Board, CIO, and Director at PZU AM S.A. From 2011 to 2016, he cooperated with the TDJ Group, including serving as a Management Board Member of Famur S.A. and as a Supervisory Board Member of numerous companies. He has also conducted business activities in the areas of strategy, organization, and valuation, including serving on the management boards of his own companies.

Jacek Osowski is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (majoring in Finance and Banking). In 2006, he obtained an MBA from the University of Warsaw and the University of Illinois. In addition, he holds an investment advisor license, the CFA designation, and is registered as a certified auditor.
