Report Content Election of Chairwoman and Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board andthe Chairwoman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of theSupervisory BoardThe Management Board of Benefit SystemsS.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (the "Company") hereby announcesthat on 16 January 2026 the Supervisory Board of the Company adoptedresolutions on selection:

1. Ms Marzena Piszczek to perform a role of the Chairwoman of theSupervisory Board,

2. Mr Grzegorz Wachowicz to perform a role of the Deputy Chairman of theSupervisory Board,

3. Ms Katarzyna Kazior to perform a role of the Chairwoman of theNomination and Remuneration Committee of the Supervisory Board,

for a current term of office, that started its term on 29 June 2023.
