The Management Board of Benefit System S.A., with its registered officein Warsaw (the "Company"), announces that on 18 June 2025 the Companybecome aware about receiving a statement from Mr James Van Bergh, whoresigned from the position of member and chairman of the SupervisoryBoard of the Company with effect as of 18 June 2025 and a statement fromMr Michael Sanderson, who resigned from the position of member of theSupervisory Board of the Company with effect as of 18 June 2025.

Mr James Van Bergh indicated important family matters as a cause for hisresignation. Mr Michael Sanderson indicated important personal mattersas a cause for his resignation.
