The Management Board of Benefit System S.A., with its registered officein Warsaw (the "Company_quot;), announces that on 25 June 2024 the Companyhas received a statement from Mr Artur Osuchowski, who resigned from theposition of Member and Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of theCompany with the immediate effect.

Mr Artur Osuchowski indicated his assumption of the position of a memberof the Management Board of Orlen S.A. as a cause for his resignation.
