Resolutions adopted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of BenefitSystems S.A. on November 30, 2021The Management Board ofBenefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter,the "Company"), hereby makes public the information about the contentsof the resolutions adopted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of theCompany that was held on November 30, 2021.

No objection was lodged against the resolutions submitted to voting.
