BASICNET: amendment to the corporate events calendar

Following the recent amendments to Article 154-ter of the CFA 58/98 with the entry into force of Legs. Decree No. 25 of February 15, 2016, in enactment of the EU "Transparency" Directive 2004/19/EC, from the present year BasicNet will not publish the Interim First and Third Quarter Reports. The Board, at a subsequent meeting to be held on the matter, will consider a communication policy for the quarterly results, also in view of the altered regulatory framework.
