Torino, 4 maggio 2026 – Basic Net S.p.A. comunica, ai sensi dell'art. 127-quinquies del TUF e in applicazione di quanto previsto dallo statuto sociale, che in data 1° maggio 2026 ha avuto effetto la rinuncia di alcuni azionisti alla maggiorazione del diritto di voto relativamente a numero 1.062.388 azioni ordinarie BasicNet.

COMMUNICATION OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE VOTING RIGHTS

Turin, May 4th, 2026 – BasicNet S.p.A. announces, pursuant to Article 127-quinquies of the Italian Consolidated Finance Act (TUF) and in application of the provisions of its Articles of Association, that on 17 April 2026 the waiver by certain shareholders of the enhanced voting rights became effective with respect to 1,062,388 ordinary BasicNet shares.
