BasicNet completa l'acquisizione di Sundek®

Torino, 16 dicembre 2025 – Il Gruppo BasicNet annuncia di avere dato esecuzione in data odierna all'acquisizione dei diritti sul marchio Sundek®.

In esecuzione degli accordi concernenti l'operazione, comunicati in data 4 dicembre 2025:

• l'acquisizione è stata completata con l'acquisto del 100% del capitale della società Kickoff S.p.A. proprietaria del Marchio;
• il corrispettivo, pari a 10 milioni di euro, è interamente regolato mediante il trasferimento al venditore di 1.385.965 azioni proprie BasicNet S.p.A., già in portafoglio, valorizzate, ai sensi dell'accordo, al prezzo arrotondato di 7,2152 euro per azione.

BasicNet completes the acquisition of Sundek®

Turin, December 16th, 2025 – BasicNet Group announces that it has executed today the acquisition of the rights to the Sundek® brand.

In execution of the agreements relating to the transaction, disclosed on 4 December 2025:

• the acquisition was completed through the purchase of 100% of the share capital of Kickoff S.p.A., owner of the brand;
• the consideration, amounting to €10 million, has been entirely settled through the transfer to the seller of 1,385,965 BasicNet ordinary shares, already held in portfolio, valued, in accordance with the agreement, at a rounded price of € 7.2152 per share.
