Axactor SE - Share Issue/Capital Change 2016

Axactor - The Private Placement Tranche 2 Shares are now registered and tradable on the Oslo Stock Exchange.

Oslo, 25 November 2016 - Reference is made to the stock

exchange release from Axactor AB ("AXA" or the "Company")

published 13 October 2016 regarding the successful completion

of the private placement of 230 million new shares in the

Company (the "Private Placement") and the stock exchange

release from the Company concerning the publication of a

prospectus earlier today.

The Company has received confirmation that the share capital

increase of SEK 79,138,053.5 divided into 158,276,107 Private

Placement Tranche 2 Shares has been registered by the Swedish

Companies Registry. The new registered share capital of the

Company is consequently SEK 588,244,384.5 divided into

1,176,488,769 shares, each with a par value of SEK 0.50.

The Private Placement Tranche 2 Shares are now tradable on

the Oslo Stock Exchange.
