Disclosure of large shareholding in Nickel Mountain Group AB (publ) ("NMG")

With reference to the stock exchange notice from NMG

dated 24 November 2015 concerning the increase in

share capital of NMG, it is hereby announced that

Strata Marine & Offshore AS ("Strata") has been

allocated 40 million shares and Ferncliff TIH II AS

has been allocated 15 million shares in the private

placement. Both companies are close associates of Mr.

Øystein Stray Spetalen.

After the transactions Mr. Spetalen and associated

companies hold 82,151,999 shares, representing 16.7%

of the outstanding 490,809,360 shares of NMG.

Following registration of the further share capital

increases announced by NMG on 17 November 2015, these

entities will hold 13.7% (based on 597,809,360

shares).
