Hvammen - has been allocated 30 million shares in the

private placement in NMG.

After the private placement Gunnar Hvammen and

associated companies have a total holding of

39,062,374 shares in the company representing approx.

7.95% of the outstanding 490,809,360 shares.

Following registration of the further share capital

increase announced by NMG on the 17 nov 2015, these

entities (597,908,360 shares) will hold approx.

6,5%.
