Axactor ASA: S&P changes Axactor’s credit Rating

S&P has announced in a research update dated 25 November 2024 to downgrade Axactor ASA's Rating from B to B– and change the Outlook from Stable to Negative.

S&P states in the research update; We downgraded Axactor after we revised downward our revenue and EBITDA projections, leading to somewhat higher leverage than anticipated. The full research update from S&P is enclosed.
