Axactor ASA: Bond buy-back

Axactor ASA has repurchased parts of the two outstanding bonds to reduce the

cost of funding. The repurchase is financed through drawing on the revolving

credit facility.

Transaction summary

- ACR02: EUR 20m nominal outstanding amount repurchased at an average price of

97.8% of par value

- ACR03: EUR 19m nominal outstanding amount repurchased at an average price of

89.4% of par value

The transactions will give a net one-time positive effect of approximately EUR

1.5m in the financial statement.
