Axactor ASA: Notice to annual general meeting 2023

Axactor ASA welcomes you to the annual general meeting 2023.

The meeting will be held on 3 May 2023 at 10.00 a.m. at Axactor ASA's

headquarter at Drammensveien 167, Oslo, Norway and virtually. By attending the

online meeting, you will be able to listen to a live audiocast of the meeting,

see the presentation, submit questions relating to the items on the agenda and

cast your votes in the real time poll of the annual general meeting.
