Axactor ASA: Notice of extraordinary general meeting
The board of directors of Axactor ASA calls for an extraordinary general meeting
to be held on 11 December 2023 at 13.00 p.m. at Axactor ASA's headquarter at
Drammensveien 167, Oslo, Norway, upon recommendation from the nomination
committee, to elect Ørjan Svanevik as a new member to the board of directors of
Axactor ASA. There is no further decision points on the agenda.
