Dear Sir/Madam,

Re: MATOMY MEDIA GROUP LTD - Renew trade on the maintenance list

1. Trading in the Company's shares (ISIN no. IL0011316978) was suspended on June 23, 2020 following the company's securities suspention from admission on the London Stock Exchange.

2. On November 23, 2020 the company reported the cancellation of the addmission of its shares to trading on the London Stock Exchange main market and that as of that date the company's shares are only listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

3. In light of the aforementioned and in accordance with the provisions of section 7.a. on the forth part of TASE's rules, trading in the Company's shares will be renewed on November 25, 2020 ,on the maintenance list.

The renewal will be with an opening parameter of one agora.

1. Following the trade renewal of the Company's shares on the maintenance list, the letter M will be added to the Company's and securitie's names.

2. The Company's shares ceased to be traded on the main list on June 23, 2020. Therefore, if the conditions for renewing trading in the main list are not fulfilled within 48 months from the date of which they ceased to be traded on the main list, the Company's shares will be delisted from trade on TASE .
