Further to the company's immediate reports, regarding the completion of a big allotment as part of the merger of Global Automax's into the company, and in light of the company's compliance with the conditions set forth for listing for trading, required of a new company of its kind first listed on TASE, the company will continue trading in the main list.

2. The sector classification of the company will be changed from - INVESTMENT & HOLDINGS - INVESTMENT & HOLDINGS to COMMERCE & SERVICES – COMMERCE as of March 30,2021

3. The next review of the company's complience with the maintanance rules will be conducted according to data as of June 30, 2021.
