The Company's Bond series B (ISIN No. IL0011849283) were called for immediate payment on October 28, 2025, and the final redemption date was on March 1, 2026.

On that date, the above-mentioned bonds were delisted from trade on TASE.

The balance of the bonds for which payment was not made remained registered in TASE clearing House.
