Non Executive Director Changes

The Board of Matomy Media Group Ltd. ("Matomy") announces that the three-year term of office of Mr Nadav Zohar as a non-executive "External Director" under the Israeli Companies Law, 5759-199 is now completed. Accordingly, Mr Zohar will retire from the Board with immediate effect after serving for three years as a non-executive "External Director" and as the Chair of the Audit Committee.

Mr Zohar will not stand for reelection due to Matomy's legal duty to comply with gender diversity requirements. A search is underway for a female non-executive "External Director" who will also take on the role of Chair of the Audit Committee, with an announcement expected in due course.
