Re: Matomy's Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders will be held via Zoom Videoconference

Further to the notice of an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders furnished by Matomy Media Group Ltd. (LSE: MTMY, TASE: MTMY.TA) (the "Company" or "Matomy") on September 23, 2020 (RNS Number: 7668Z), and in accordance with rules adopted by the Israeli Authorities, among others, the Ministry of Health and safety guidelines of the various local authorities, the Company will hold its shareholders meeting remotely via a Zoom videoconference at the same date and time, on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at 08:00 AM (London time) / 10:00 AM (Tel Aviv time) (the "Meeting"). The Meeting will not take place physically.

Shareholders who would like to participate in the Meeting are asked to register to attend the Meeting, in person or by a designated representative, by e-mailing, no later than October 13, 2020, at 08:00 AM (London time) / 10:00 AM (Tel Aviv time), a notice of attendance (the "Notice") to the Company's Interim CEO, Mr. Ilan Tamir at Ilan.T@matomy.com. The Meeting's Zoom link will be sent to the e-mail address indicated in the Notice, along with further instructions.
