Results of Extraordinary General Meeting
Matomy Media Group Ltd. (the "Company") (LSE:MTMY, TASE: MTMY.TA), one of the world's leading digital performance-based advertising companies, announces that both resolutions proposed at its Extraordinary General Meeting (the "EGM") held on 27 April 2016 were duly passed.
The results of the EGM are shown below.

Appointment of Mr Harel Locker as an "External Director"
Commenting on the appointment of Harel Locker as an "External Director", Rupert Howell, Chairman, noted: "I am delighted to welcome Harel onto Matomy's Board. I am confident that Harel's broad and relevant experience will be valuable to the Board, and he will make a substantial contribution to our continuing success."
Mr Harel Locker's Biography
Mr Locker recently served as the Director General of the Israeli Prime Minister's Office and head of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's economic headquarters. Prior to joining the Prime Minister's Office, Mr Locker practiced law in prominent Tel-Aviv and Wall Street commercial law firms as an associate and partner. Mr Locker earned an LL.B. from Tel-Aviv University's School of Law (1994), a B.A. degree in accounting from Tel-Aviv University Business School (1994) and an LL.M. (with distinction) in taxation from Georgetown University Law School, Washington DC (2001).
