Notice is hereby given that an annual general meeting of Asia Plastic Recycling Holding Limited (the “ Company ”) for the year 2021 (the “ Meeting ”) will be held at 9:00 a.m. (Monday) on June 16, 2021 at Room 106 at Garden Villa located at No. 801, Chongde Rd., Zuoying District, Kaohsiung City, Taiwan.
