Company History

1964

1964 Chuwa Wool Industry Co., (Taiwan) Ltd. was established and built its mill in the Liu-Tu Industrial District, Keelung. specializing in wool tops and carbonized wool making. 1984 Established KROY/CMT processing system for making value-added superwash and lustre soft tops. 1989 Shares publicly listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange. 2005 Sold plant machinery and equipment, transferred to triangular trade and plant, real estate rental business.
