Inreference to Current Reports No. 14/2023 and 15/2023 of 18 April 2023,the management board of Archicom S.A. (the "Company", the "Issuer")informs that, on 26 May 2023, the management board of the Companyapproved and signed, pursuant to Article 431 § 7 in conjunction withArticle 311 of the act of 15 September 2000 - the Commercial CompaniesCode (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1467, as amended), a report inconnection with the proposed contribution in-kind to the Company of anorganised part of the enterprise comprising the "Residential BusinessDivision of Echo Investment S.A.". The report constitutes a schedule tothis current report.
