W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 23/2016, Zarząd Apator S.A. informuje, że w dniu 20 czerwca 2018 r. pomiędzy ING Bank Śląski S.A. a spółkami grupy Apator podpisany został aneks do Umowy Wieloproduktowej z 22 czerwca 2016 r. Na mocy podpisanego aneksu 2-letni okres obowiązywania Umowy został przedłużony o trzy miesiące, do dnia 22 września 2018 r. Pozostałe warunki Umowy pozostają bez zmian.
