Zarząd Apator SA ("Emitent") informuje, iż w dniu 31 października 2018 roku zawarł z Towarzystwem Ubezpieczeń Euler Hermes S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie aneks do Umowy o udzielanie gwarancji kontraktowych w ramach limitu odnawialnego z dnia 19 listopada 2009 roku.

Na mocy aneksu ustanowiono nowy limit na gwarancje kontraktowe dla Emitenta w kwocie 20 mln zł.
