ANIMA Holding: nomine del Vice Presidente e dell'Amministratore Delegato
Milano, 17 aprile 2026 – Si è tenuta oggi, sotto la presidenza di Patrizia Grieco, la prima riunione del Consiglio di Amministrazione di Anima Holding (EXM: ANIM) nominato dall'Assemblea Soci del 15 aprile 2026.
Il Consiglio di Amministrazione ha deliberato di nominare Marcello Priori alla carica di Vice Presidente, e confermato l'incarico di Amministratore Delegato a Saverio Perissinotto per il triennio 2026-2028.
In data odierna si è altresì svolto il processo di verifica dei requisiti previsti dalla normativa vigente per i consiglieri e i sindaci nominati, ad eccezione dei requisiti di indipendenza (ove dichiarati) che saranno oggetto di esame in una prossima riunione del Consiglio.

ANIMA Holding: appointments of Vice President and Chief Executive Officer
Milan, 17 April 2026 – The new Board of Directors of Anima Holding (EXM: ANIM) appointed by the Shareholders' Meeting of 15 April 2026 held its first meeting today, chaired by Patrizia Grieco.
The Board resolved to appoint Marcello Priori as Vice President and to confirm the mandate of Chief Executive Officer Saverio Perissinotto for the 2026-2028 three-year term.
As of today, the Board has completed the verification of the requirements set forth by the applicable regulations for the appointed directors and statutory auditors, with the exception of the independence requirements (where applicable), which will be reviewed at a forthcoming meeting.
