Agilyx ASA – Mandatory notification of trade – Corvina Holdings Limited buys shares

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Agilyx ASA (the "Company") regarding the successful placing of a fully underwritten private placement of new shares in the Company (the "Private Placement").

Corvina Holdings Limited has notified that it has subscribed for 350,000 shares in the Private Placement on 21 August 2024, at a price of NOK 30 per share.
