Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Agilyx ASA (the "Company") regarding the successful placing of a private placement of new shares in the Company (the "Private Placement"). The Company today announces that the new share capital has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

The share capital increase was carried out by use of an authorization granted to the board of directors by the Company’s annual general meeting held on 26 May 2023. The new share capital following the Private Placement is NOK 1,913,724.08, divided into 95,686,204 shares, each with a par value per share of NOK 0.02.
