Agilyx AS (AGLX) – Agilyx Investor Update presentation
Agilyx AS (AGLX) – Agilyx Investor Update presentation
27 April 2022 – Agilyx (Euronext Growth Oslo: AGLX.OL; OTCQX: AGXXF), a technology company that enables customers to recycle the most challenging post-use plastics to high value, virgin-equivalent products, today hosts an open investor presentation in Oslo in conjunction with the release of the 2021 Integrated Annual Report. The presentation material follows attached to this release.
Agilyx confirms that it is on track for the roll-out of its business globally and successfully growing and diversifying its business pipeline.
“In Q1 2022 we recorded USD 3 million of revenue and reached a commercial milestone in our history with the Japanese chemical company Toyo announcing the move into construction of its polystyrene recycling facility in Japan. These are important proof points for the Agilyx business model. In April we received an initial payment of USD 4.8 million from Toyo associated with the purchase of core equipment. This will be recognised into revenue over the coming 6 months. Further payments related to the Toyo project amounting to USD 3.8 million will follow later this year,” CEO of Agilyx Tim Stedman said.
During Q1 2022, Agilyx announced several new projects, including a strategic partnership with Virgin Group to produce lower carbon fuels and a broad-based recycling collaboration initiative in the city of Houston, Texas with Cyclyx and other partners. Additionally, the leading materials science company Dow joined Cyclyx as a member, with all five of the largest plastics producers in the world participating in the Cyclyx consortium.
“We are really happy to see that our recycling technology solutions are being recognized across the industry. We have grown our business pipeline considerably during the last 12 months, with volume potential being 115 percent higher than in March 2021,” said Tim Stedman.
Agilyx was listed on Euronext Growth in September 2020 following a successful IPO, raising NOK 300 million at NOK 17.96 per share.
“The listing on Euronext Growth has been very efficient and successful for Agilyx in the initial stage. Now that our business gradually develops it is natural to seek an uplisting to the main board of Oslo Børs, which we think will highlight the quality of our company. We expect to ring the bell for first day of trade on Oslo Børs by the end of June 2022,” said Tim Stedman.

About Agilyx
Agilyx is a technology company that enables customers to recycle difficult-to-recycle post-use plastics to high value, virgin-equivalent products. With a focus on diversion and conversion of plastic waste, Agilyx is uniquely positioned with a molecular recycling technology offering and an integrated feedstock solution by way of Cyclyx, an innovative feedstock management consortium of partners that drives up global plastic recycling rates by chemically fingerprinting plastic waste and matching it to appropriate recycling processes. Agilyx was the first to establish a commercial scale closed loop plastic-to-plastic chemical recycling facility and holds over 17 patents. Agilyx conversion technology utilizes pyrolysis without a catalyst and can convert mixed waste plastic to naphtha and fuels or depolymerize specific plastics such as polystyrene and PMMA (acrylic) back into virgin-quality products.
