Isabel Charlotte Hacker has notified that she has purchased 6’700 shares in Agilyx AS (“Agilyx”) today, 25 May 2022, at an average price of NOK 31.4 per share.

Following this acquisition Isabel Charlotte Hacker controls 12’700 shares in Agilyx AS.

Isabel Charlotte Hacker is General Counsel of Agilyx AS.
