Russ Main appointed interim CEO

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Agilyx ASA (the "Company") on 26 October 2023, where it was announced that Tim Stedman was stepping down as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of the Company and would remain in his position until 25 December 2023.

The Company hereby announces that Russ Main has been appointed as interim CEO of the Company effective immediately. Mr. Main is also the Chief Financial Officer of the Company and will remain in this position, effectively holding a dual role in the Company. Mr. Main holds a B.Sc. in Economics/Finance from Bentley University and has close to 30 years of executive finance and operational experience with optimizing finance, operations, technology and profitability within global environments.
