Agilyx ASA – Resignation of Board Member

Oslo, 14 December 2023 – Board member Martha Crawford has informed the board of directors in Agilyx ASA (the "Company") that she will resign from the Company's board of directors with effect from 1 January 2024 due to other commitments.

The Company will initiate a process to recruit a new board member following this.
