Agilyx AS (AGLX) - Agilyx Announces appointment of Beatriz Malo as Special Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer
OSLO, Norway August 6, 2021 - Agilyx AS (Euronext Growth (Oslo): ("AGLX"), a pioneer in the advanced recycling of post-use plastics, announces today that Beatriz Malo de Molina, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), has decided to step down as the CFO and authorized representative of the Company as well as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company’s joint venture company Cyclyx International, LLC to pursue other opportunities.
Coincident with this, Ms Malo de Molina has been named Special Advisor to Tim Stedman, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Agilyx, to support Agilyx’s strategy and infrastructure interests.
